Brescia Waters Releases 2025 Integrated Report With Record €60.5 Million Investment Plan
Acque Bresciane says it accelerated its investment programme in 2025, spending €60.5 million (+44.3%) and planning €97.1 million in 2026. The resources are set to go toward renewing water networks, upgrading plants, digitalisation, and strengthening the security of water supplies. The operator serves 114 municipalities and more than 689,000 residents, having replaced 27.66 km of aqueduct lines and managing nearly 5,000 km of water infrastructure.
The company’s Integrated Report 2025 is being presented on Friday 10 July at 5:00 pm at the Teatro Civico in Leno, followed by a session at 6:30 pm at Villa Badia. The event will include President Pierluigi Toscani and Sustainability Manager Veronica Vismara, along with employees and stakeholders, and illustrator Silvio Boselli. In 2025, Acque Bresciane drew more than 103.7 million m³ of water, carried out 5,972 sampling checks with potable water compliance at 98.2%, recorded a Customer Satisfaction Index of 95.9%, managed 220 wells and 119 wastewater treatment plants, produced 19,032 tonnes of sludge without landfill disposal, and ended the year with 349 employees and 7,355 training hours.
