Veneto Truffle Fair Returns to Ferrara di Monte Baldo, July 17–20

The 2nd edition of the **Veneto Truffle Fair**, dedicated to the **Truffle of Monte Baldo**, will take place in **Ferrara di Monte Baldo** from **17 to 20 July 2026**. The event will feature local truffle hunters, regional associations, chefs, and trained search dogs, with **Tuber melanosporum**—the prized black truffle from local truffle grounds—among the main highlights.

The program includes technical and public events from the opening day, such as a morning conference on **experiential tourism**, cultural and artistic activities in the village, and exhibition areas focused on **“Le Terre del Tartufo e del Vino del Veneto.”** Visitors can also attend truffle-search demonstrations, conferences on **cultivation and preservation**, and a final award ceremony for the **Trofeo Fieracavalli**. On **20 July**, a charity dinner is scheduled, while throughout the fair restaurants and exhibition spaces will offer truffle-based menus and products.
