Garda’s World4All to Train 4,500 Cigierre Staff for Inclusive Hospitality

Cigierre, the restaurant group with more than 340 venues, is rolling out an inclusion-focused training program for over 4,500 employees, promoted by Desenzano del Garda startup World4All. Delivered through the Cigierre Academy, the course will give front-of-house staff practical and interpersonal tools to handle different accessibility needs and support an independent, respectful experience for all customers.

World4All will provide its certified methodology, including Disability Manager expertise and instructors from its Academy. The training will cover communication and management of specific requirements, in the context of Italy’s estimated 13 million people with disabilities and the implementation of the European Accessibility Act, which raises expectations for accessibility across services and customer experiences.
