Cinema in Castello in Moniga: Tuesday, August 4 Screening of Le città di pianura

Cinema in Castello will screen *“Le città di pianura”* in Moniga del Garda on Tuesday, 4 August at 9:15 pm. Directed by Francesco Sossai, the 100-minute film follows Carlobianchi and Doriano, two middle-aged friends driving across the Veneto plains with the aim of “having the last drink,” a trip that never quite ends as planned.

Along the way, they meet Giulio, an architecture student recently left disappointed in love, who joins their journey. The story connects different generations through a surreal, melancholic road trip across bars, roads, towns, villas, fields and industrial areas, ending in Venice. The cast includes Filippo Scotti, Sergio Romano and Pierpaolo Capovilla, with original music by Krano.
