A 46-year-old Tunisian man under house arrest in Montichiari, serving a sentence for drug-related offences, was found in a local water park after leaving his home. His electronic ankle monitor triggered an alert, allowing Carabinieri from the Calcinato station to locate him.

The man was arrested inside the facility while he was in the hot tub. The measure was validated by the judicial authority, and he now faces the possibility of continuing his sentence in prison for violating the terms of his house arrest.
