Views of Lake Garda in the 1910s and 1920s

The documentary screening series “Vedute del Garda” ends on Monday, August 17 at 9:30 p.m. in the courtyard of the Rocca in Riva del Garda, with a selection of silent films about the lake and the city produced in the 1910s and 1920s, including works from the Istituto Luce. The event is part of “Cinema Estate,” organized by the cultural center La Firma in collaboration with the Municipality of Riva del Garda.

The projection will be accompanied live by music performed by Renza Tavernini and preceded by a historical introduction by Lodovico Tavernini. Admission is free, and if the weather is bad the program will be held in the auditorium of the Conservatory.
