Porto Serves Lunch at the Marina Using Brenzone’s Produce

A lunch featuring local, zero-mile products from Brenzone will be held at the Porto harbor on Sunday, 6 September, starting at 12:00. The event, titled “Dalla rete al piatto,” will take place with tables set up along the waterfront and live music by the duo MG Project.

The menu includes an aperitif (“Pilotino” with Pilot, maracuja and Brenzone lemons), followed by a crostino with organic extra-virgin olive oil from La Baresola, and the “Capitano” starter with whitefish, sesame and polenta. Main courses feature baked lake fish pie and a risotto with smoked tench, green sauce and silene, with a second offering of lavarello fillets and carbonera sticks; dessert is Mont strawberry panna cotta. Coffee, amaro and water/wine are included. Tickets cost €60 for adults and €40 for children, with participation by reservation only; if weather conditions are poor, the lunch will be postponed to Sunday, 13 September.
