Watercolor Workshop in Sirmione With Fish in the Mix

A free watercolor art workshop titled **“Pesci in Acqua… rello”** will be held at the **Casa del Pescatore in Punta Grò, Sirmione**, on **Saturday, 19 September 2026**, from **14:30 to 18:00**. The event is led by illustrator **Renata Barilli** and invites participants to create either a **large shared underwater habitat** or individual artworks.

During the session, a **local fisherman** will discuss life on the water in the past and present, while **Silvia Brentegani** from the **Talata Sub Association (Desenzano)** will cover **Garda Lake fish and aquatic fauna**. Access is **free**, **no booking is required**, and people can join at any time during the hours; **paints and brushes are provided**, the activity runs **even if it rains**, and it is open to children **aged 7 and up** if accompanied by at least one parent. The initiative is promoted by the **Municipality of Sirmione**, in collaboration with **Sirmione Servizi**, and was selected for the **Fabriano Design Festival “All Around 2026”**, which will supply the paper used during the workshop.
