From 25 to 27 September, Andrea Bianconi’s Positivity Cabin will be on view along the lakeside in Salò, in Piazza Serenissima. The work, made with the patronage of the Comune and in collaboration with MUSA and Casa Testori, is a small golden structure designed to encourage people to stop and spend time there. The official presentation takes place on Saturday 26 September at 18:30, featuring remarks by the artist and the curators of the Civica Raccolta del Disegno.
Visitors who enter the cabin are enveloped by a sound and visual composition of voices saying “sì” in different languages. The experience lasts 36 seconds, slowing the pace and offering a moment of rest and renewal. In 2027, Andrea Bianconi will be the subject of a solo exhibition at MUSA, bringing his art into a public space where it can reach people who may not have been looking for an art experience.
