A fire broke out on the afternoon of Thursday, December 2, inside a basement warehouse of the Liberty Center shopping mall in Riva del Garda. The flames, which originated in the storage area for road intervention equipment, were quickly noticed by those present, who attempted to contain the smoke until the arrival of the firefighters. Fortunately, there were no injuries or cases of smoke inhalation, and the shopping mall did not need to be closed.
The firefighters, who responded promptly to the scene of the fire, conducted inspections and secured the affected area, completing the cleanup operations. Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating to determine the exact causes that led to the outbreak of the flames.
