The Carnival in Bardolino is approaching, and registrations for the mask parade are open until February 15. The event, scheduled for Saturday, February 22, is organized by the Municipality in collaboration with the Bardolino Top Foundation and the Coordination of Carnival Committees in the province. Participants can register by filling out the form available on the official website in the Forms section. Mirco Fraccarolli, the Councillor for Events, invites everyone to join the celebration, emphasizing the importance of local associations such as Abeo, Avis, and the Italian Red Cross Baldo Garda in making the event a success.
The parade will start at 2 PM from Piazzale Gramsci and will weave through the town’s streets, culminating in the awards ceremony for participants. Throughout the afternoon, activities for children such as balloon art and face painting will take place along Lungolago Lenotti. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to savor traditional dishes like gnocchi and fogasa, thanks to the efforts of local associations. Among the new features of this edition will be traditional games for all ages. The day will conclude at the Corallo Theatre with the play “Come tu mi vuoi,” scheduled for 9 PM.
