A traffic accident occurred this morning, Wednesday, February 12, on Via Mezzane in Villanuova sul Clisi, when a 45-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle, ending up in a ravine about 30 meters from the road. The alert was triggered shortly before 8 AM, prompting the intervention of a team from the Provincial Command of the firefighters, who worked alongside SAF operators, the traffic police, and volunteers from Roè Volciano.
After locating the car submerged in vegetation, the firefighters and 118 personnel reached the driver to stabilize and rescue her. The woman was then transported in yellow code to the Civil Hospital of Brescia. Carabinieri were also present at the accident site to carry out the necessary investigations.
