An episode of the show “4 Ristoranti”, hosted by chef Alessandro Borghese, highlighted the gastronomic excellence of Riva del Garda, which aired on Sunday, February 16, on SkyUno. The episode featured a competition among four local restaurants, each representing the rich culinary tradition of the area, known for typical dishes such as bigoli with sardines and strangolapreti. The show garnered significant interest and will soon be available on the free-to-air channel Tv8.
The restaurant Molo Paradiso di Albina, located within the Hotel Paradiso in Torbole, claimed first place with 126 points, thanks to its offering of incredibly fresh fish and a menu that changes monthly. In second place was Osteria La Contrada di Luca, situated in the historic center of Riva, renowned for its traditional dishes and lake fish. The third position went to La Còrt Cucina & Vino di David, a relatively new restaurant that blends tradition with modernity, while Osteria Il Gallo di Gildo, known for its simple yet authentic cuisine, secured fourth place.
