The municipality of Sirmione has recently launched NextGen Green, an innovative project aimed at young people aged 16 to 29, designed to promote sustainable innovation. The initiative, presented by Mayor Luisa Lavelli, aims to provide concrete tools to help young individuals build a conscious future through experiential training pathways and digital workshops. The core of the activity will be the OneLab workshop, which offers opportunities for developing the digital skills necessary to tackle the challenges of the modern world.

The program also includes a competition that rewards the four most promising ideas with scholarships worth 500 euros, encouraging the transformation of insights into real solutions. The service promoters have collaborated with various cooperatives and municipal offices to structure a comprehensive educational offering, integrating environmental awareness and personal growth. As highlighted by the Councillor for Youth Policies, Elena Boschi, NextGen Green is designed not only as a technological opportunity but also as a training pathway that prepares young people to face the future with an open mindset towards change.
