The art exhibition KLIMT. Graphic Art has opened the 2025 exhibition season at MuSa – Museum of Salò, running from March 22 to May 25, 2025. The exhibition brings together over 70 graphic works by the renowned Austrian artist Gustav Klimt, including collotypes, heliogravures, and lithographs, providing an in-depth overview of his artistic production. This event represents an important opportunity to explore the deep connection Klimt had with the locations around Lake Garda, where he stayed in 1903 and 1913, influencing some of his most significant works.
Curated by Federica Bolpagni and Elena Ledda in collaboration with the Klimt Foundation in Vienna, the exhibition includes historical pieces such as editions of the magazine Ver Sacrum and original drawings by the artist. The showcase not only celebrates Klimt’s cultural legacy but also aims to attract tourists and visitors to the city of Salò, emphasizing the importance of culture in the interplay between art and landscape.
