A criminal has been arrested by the Local Police following a dramatic chase that ended in Gavardo. The incident occurred yesterday when the man attempted to flee at high speed on local roads, but lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the exterior wall of a building located in Sopraponte. Officers, who responded immediately, found several stolen license plates inside the car, suggesting that the individual was involved in theft activities in the area along with accomplices who managed to escape.
The authorities are currently conducting investigations to identify the registered owners of the recovered plates and to reconstruct any thefts that may have been committed by the gang. The situation has raised concerns among residents, but thanks to the prompt intervention of the police, the criminal’s escape was halted before he could cause further damage or endanger others.
