A major accident occurred this morning, Sunday, March 30, in Prevalle, involving a group of motorcyclists. A 27-year-old driver from Desenzano collided with five motorcycles along the SS 45 bis around 8:30 AM, resulting in serious consequences for the riders. Among the injured, a couple from Milan and a man from Bergamo were urgently transported to the hospital by air ambulance in critical condition, while the total number of injured has reached six.
The driver has been arrested after testing positive for alcohol, with a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit. Following the incident, he has been placed under house arrest pending confirmation from the judicial authorities. Investigations into the incident are ongoing to clarify the circumstances surrounding the crash.
