Recently, there has been a possibility that Jacobs might resume training in the United States with his technical team, despite having to withdraw from major competitions such as the first two legs of the Diamond League in China and the Tokyo Gold Meeting.
His participation in the World Relay Championships in Guangzhou remains uncertain, but his main focus is on preparing for the World Athletics Championships, scheduled for September in Tokyo. Despite also facing health issues like the flu, Jacobs is determined to return to competitive form and hopes to participate in the Golden Gala in Rome, set for June 6.
