The recognition of the Blue Flag has been confirmed for the third consecutive year for Sirmione, alongside Gardone Riviera and Toscolano Maderno, during a ceremony held on May 13 at the Cnr headquarters in Rome. This prestigious award, granted by the Foundation for Environmental Education (Fee), attests to the excellence of the waters and beaches, as well as the commitment to sustainable management practices. Among the awarded beaches, Jamaica Beach stands out, continuing to be a significant tourist attraction.
The three Lombard locations were chosen for their high standards in environmental quality and services offered to visitors. The Blue Flag not only celebrates the natural beauty of these places but also promotes beach safety and accessibility for all. With this new recognition, Sirmione positions itself as one of the preferred destinations on the lake, attracting visitors seeking high-quality experiences.
