Accessible Lake Garda: Inclusive Tourism Project Unveiled on Lombardy’s Shore

Lago di Garda for All: Ideas that Open Roads, a project focused on accessible tourism, was unveiled on May 6 at the Salone Gino Benedetti in Desenzano Castle. Promoted by the Consorzio Lago di Garda Lombardia, with involvement from ITS Academy Machina Lonati and in collaboration with World4All® and Avventure Accessibili®, the initiative seeks to propose solutions for more accessible and inclusive tourism on the Lombardy shore of Lake Garda.

Students from ITS Academy Machina Lonati presented ideas and inclusive itineraries developed from content provided by World4All® and Avventure Accessibili®, engaging tour operators and local administrations. The event, part of the Consorzio Lago di Garda Lombardia’s ongoing program and linked to the recent launch of the project “Accessibility that creates value,” concluded with a commitment to translate the proposals into collaborations and future projects.
