Affi’s 2026 Medieval Festival Returns with Free Performances and Activities

The 26th Festa Medievale di Affi will take place in the historic centre of Affi on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, 2026. The two-day event, which draws thousands of visitors each year, is free to attend and was confirmed by Gianluca Pressi, president of the Organizing Committee, and Mayor Marco Sega.

Over the two days, the streets and squares will host jugglers, flag bearers, armigers and maidens, with itinerant performances and food offerings from local venues such as Locanda dei Villici del Moscal, Osteria de la Porchetta and Antica Taberna. Notable program elements include Antico Banchetto in Piazza — an evening with two hours of performances and 100 seats available via the festival’s official site — along with new features like Readings al buio organized by the Biblioteca di Affi and the Grand Duel of the Wandering Knights.
