Albanian Man Nabbed for Cocaine Trafficking in Desenzano and Sirmione
A 35-year-old Albanian man was arrested in Desenzano and Sirmione for drug trafficking during an operation by the State Police. The suspect, residing temporarily with friends in Desenzano, was caught in the act of selling cocaine near a supermarket in Sirmione, with police recovering multiple doses, packaging materials, and €550 in cash.
Further searches uncovered approximately 20 grams of cocaine divided into 15 doses, a vacuum-sealed piece, and a precision scale. The man, who had registered a VAT number in January 2025 without filing tax returns, was charged with drug dealing. Authorities revoked his residence permit and issued an order for his removal from Italy, to be executed after detention.
