Alto Garda: 70-Year-Old Goes into Anaphylactic Shock After Insect Sting On the afternoon of Monday, July 28, a critical incident occurred in Dro that required the intervention of the air ambulance. A 70-year-old man, while working in the fields with his son in the rural area of Maso Gobbo, was stung by an insect and suffered a severe allergic reaction, culminating in anaphylactic shock. After experiencing the first symptoms around 5 PM, his son promptly contacted the Emergency Services number to request assistance.
The firefighters from Dro and the air ambulance medical team quickly arrived at the scene, landing near the Cantina alle Sarche. After providing the necessary first aid to the man, arrangements were made for an emergency transport to the Santa Chiara Hospital in Trento for further treatment.
