Arco Civic Library Hosts Film and Theater Evenings Starting October 11

The cultural programming of films and video-theater evenings at the Arco Civic Library kicks off again, an initiative proposed by the «La Palma» circle in collaboration with the culture department — civic library. The events will take place at the library’s headquarters in Palazzo Panni, starting tomorrow, October 11th, with a highly anticipated film, «Erin Brockovich», continuing until mid-December.

For upcoming sessions, the film schedule includes, among others, «The Perfect Storm», «Cast Away», «The Shadow Man», «Hannibal», «Ask Me if I’m Happy» and «Grace’s Grass», in addition to four evenings dedicated to screening as many theatrical productions.

Details on screenings and memberships

The movies will be projected in a third-floor auditorium that can accommodate approximately 500 people. The evenings are reserved for members: the membership fee to become a member and gain access to the films is 40,000 lire, while the fee to simply join as a member and participate in other activities organized by the circle is 20,000.

The evening before each screening, cards with the presentation and critique of each film will be distributed.
