A nightclub in Arco was fined after hosting DJ sets and dance events without proper authorization. The local police identified violations linked to two separate events held in recent weeks, where the venue operated without the required provincial police permits under the Public Safety Act.
The enforcement actions are part of a broader inspection campaign aimed at ensuring administrative compliance and safety. Authorities, including specially trained officers from the Commerce and Public Exercise Department, plan to continue regular checks, especially ahead of the upcoming tourist season.
