Arco Hosts Conferences to Explore Shifting Global Horizons

The “Horizons of Crisis: Understanding a Changing World” series, organized by the Bruno Emmert Civic Library in Arco, features four free geopolitics conferences at Palazzo dei Panni’s auditorium starting at 8:30 PM. Scheduled for March 5, March 26, April 9, and April 16, the events will address topics including China’s rise, the Gaza conflict, the Russia-Ukraine war, and global instability, with expert speakers such as Pino Arlacchi, Roberto Vivaldelli, and others.

Each session includes a discussion with the audience. The series was officially launched on March 3 with a presentation attended by local officials, including Culture Councilor Massimiliano Floriani and Library Director Alessandro Demartin.
