Arco Hosts Hapsburg Christmas Market and Festive Winter Events

Will it truly be the magic of Advent that Assocentro, in collaboration with the Comitato Manifestazioni Rivane, will bring to life this coming December? Joy, wonder, and fun are the main elements that the organizers are focusing on, offering in Arco the Hapsburg Christmas Market, a tradition from Northern European countries set against the stunning backdrop of Piazzale Segantini.

Event Program and Atmosphere

Every weekend from December 1 to 24, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, the Arco Advent Market will provide the opportunity to buy gifts and decorations. Thanks to the charm of the stalls, visitors will discover the city in a magical atmosphere: thousands of lights and Christmas ornaments illuminating the streets, background music and choirs, sparkling shop windows, and delicious local specialties to enjoy on the spot.

There will be approximately 30 stalls along the square and the streets of the city center, where attendees can find typical Christmas products: sweets, Christmas decorative items, traditional cookies, small gift ideas, rag dolls, candles, wooden statues, glass and ceramic objects, and toys.

Entertainment and Christmas Traditions

Numerous events have been planned to entertain guests and residents alike, while children will enjoy entertaining animations. Carriage rides are scheduled in the historic center and along the scenic walks, departing from Piazza III Novembre.

During the same period, restaurants in the city center will serve delicious traditional dishes inspired by the ancient Hapsburg tradition. This is the atmosphere expected to fill the streets of Arco’s city center, all framed by a nativity scene created at the foot of the castle, in the Stranforio district, surrounded by a stunning play of light and shadow.
