Arco Opens 16 Moderately Priced Social Housing Units

Arco inaugurated a social housing project on April 22, delivering 16 moderate-rent homes at Viale Rovereto 57. The development, backed by Fondo Housing Sociale Trentino (managed by Finint Investments) and the Fondo Investimenti per l’Abitare (FIA, managed by CDP Real Asset SGR), targets Trentino households lacking affordable options on the open market. The Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro opened a call for expressions of interest for rentals with a right-to-purchase option (exercisable after eight years with a reserved contribution), open until May 7.

The 16 units were created through redevelopment and form a single complex with three stories on the east side and four on the west. They include two-, three-, and four-room apartments with cellar or attic storage and a dedicated parking space; ground-floor units have private gardens, and all meet energy efficiency and sustainability standards. Inauguration attendees included Simone Marchiori, Arianna Fiorio, Letizia Vicari, Lidia Rotondi, Livio Cassoli, and Andrea Rinaldi. The delivery completes the Fondo HST’s multi-year plan to finance 516 homes in the province with €120 million in investment, distributed across Trento (254), Rovereto (115), Vallagarina (32), Valsugana (39), Val di Non (9), Alto Garda e Ledro (39), and Rotaliana (28). A sale process has begun for some units already allocated for moderate rentals.
