Arco Water Exhibition Ends Tomorrow with ‘The Civilisation of Water’ Conference

The exhibition “Sorella Acqua – Places and Uses of Water in the Arco Territory” will close tomorrow, after nearly two months of visits, exhibitions, and educational programs, organized by the cultural department of the municipality of Arco.

An initiative aimed at exploring the various ways the water resources of our territory have been exploited and how they have evolved over time. The exhibition, which has enjoyed extraordinary success (over 3,000 visitors), will conclude with a conference titled “The Civilisation of Water”, scheduled to start tomorrow at 4 p.m.

A roundtable discussion where all topics related to “water” will be examined in depth. The most significant moments of the conference will include speeches by Renzo Franzin, a representative of the International Centre “Civiltà dell’Acqua” (an organization involved in numerous initiatives promoting and enhancing water), and the councilor Sergio Dellanna, who will be responsible for relaunching the idea of a river park along the Sarca, from Toblino to Garda.
