Arrest in Desenzano del Garda for drug and ammunition trafficking

A 40-year-old with multiple criminal records was arrested by the police in Desenzano del Garda while under house arrest, yet he continued to deal drugs in the garden of his home. Officers from the “Judicial Police Squad” observed the man as he handed over a bag containing narcotics in exchange for money to a customer. During a personal search, numerous packages of cocaine were found, and further operations at his home led to the seizure of additional drug doses and ammunition. The arrest was made possible by the prompt intervention of law enforcement, which acted following specific monitoring activities. The 40-year-old was then taken to the Police Station and subsequently transferred to the “Nerio Fischione” Prison in Brescia.
