Arrest Made for Breach of House Arrest in Castiglione

A 48-year-old man from Solferino has had his home detention repeatedly violated, leading to his arrest following a police intervention in Castiglione delle Stiviere. The man, placed under the measure by a court order from Mantua, allegedly failed to comply with the required conditions on multiple occasions.

After the judicial authority ordered his imprisonment, he was taken to Mantua prison, where he is currently being held at the disposal of the court.
