Desenzano, Car Theft Spree: Thieves Strike Four Vehicles In the night between July 9 and 10, Desenzano experienced a car theft spree involving at least four vehicles. The thieves operated in the public parking lot located behind the C+C Maxigross wholesale supermarket on Via Palatucci, near Sirmione, stealing wheels and expensive components, including an entire hood. Vehicle owners only realized the theft the following morning and promptly reported it to the carabinieri.
The local police in Desenzano have launched an investigation to identify those responsible. Currently, investigators are reviewing surveillance camera footage from the area to gather additional evidence for the inquiry.
