The Municipality of Bardolino has announced a call for applications for the simple rental of subsidized housing located in the area of Via Ugo Foscolo. Applications can be submitted until 12:00 PM on December 30, through the Protocol Office, either via certified email (PEC) or by registered mail. This initiative aims to address the growing housing difficulties within the community, where medium and low-income families are increasingly struggling to access homeownership and rental opportunities.
During the last meeting of the municipal council, an exploratory notice was also approved to gather expressions of interest from resident citizens, aimed at planning future public residential housing projects. Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized the importance of tackling housing distress and highlighted the need to develop coherent and accessible housing solutions to prevent risks of social exclusion. This initiative represents a significant step towards enriching the market of conventional rentals, which is currently limited in the area.
