Bardolino Leads as Capital of Culture 2029, Engaging Students in Innovative Workshops
A meeting focused on the Capital of Culture 2029 and Bardolino’s bid took place at the Teatro Corallo, featuring nearly 200 students from local schools including Marie Curie Institute, Salesiani Bardolino Tusini, IPSAR Luigi Carnacina, and Falcone-Borsellino. Local officials, including Mayor Daniele Bertasi and Vice Mayor Giuditta Tabarelli, emphasized the active role of youth in the project.
The event showcased student-led thematic workshops on topics such as accessibility, Bardolino wine promotion, tourism, and a residents’ podcast. Project leader Daniela Cavallo and school principals outlined upcoming activities, with further meetings and laboratories scheduled for the coming months.
