Bardolino Unveils New Cultural and Museum Center on Lakefront

Bardolino has officially named a new exhibition space in the Palazzo Municipale’s ground-floor room, previously used by the local police. The room, now called the Sala Preonda, was designated through a recent municipal council resolution and will host art shows, exhibitions, and conferences as part of a dynamic museum project aimed at promoting the town’s historical archive.

Mayor Daniele Bertasi highlighted that the name honors the symbolic stone table of the community, while Culture Councillor Marta Ferrari emphasized the room’s strategic location near the port and lakeside promenade. The space will showcase the municipal archive and continue Bardolino’s cultural initiatives, including local artist showcases, historical exhibitions, and collaborations with local associations.
