Desenzano del Garda has recently undergone a significant change in the management of the Desenzanino beach and restaurant, with the concession awarded to Hola Srl. The outcome of the tender, published by the Basin Authority, confirmed that the company offered an annual fee of 269,000 euros, far exceeding the minimum required of 87,780 euros. After three decades of management by the La Cascina cooperative, a new era opens for this historic location. The public auction took place on Wednesday, the 22nd, at the headquarters of the Garda and Idro Lakes Basin Authority in Salò, and the concession will last for 15 years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2040. In addition to paying the fee, Hola Srl will also need to invest in the renovation of the building, estimated at 337,500 euros + VAT.
