Marking a striking fusion of contemporary Italian music and historic architecture, Biagio Antonacci Shoots ‘Spiritualé’ Music Video at Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera, utilizing Gabriele d’Annunzio’s legendary estate as the cinematic setting for his new single featuring Sayf.
The production was realized during Antonacci’s creative residency for “Tener-a-mente Equinozio”, the autumn acoustic concert series hosted on the grounds of the monument. Filming took place over more than thirteen continuous hours, led by acclaimed Italian music video director Gaetano Morbioli with a crew exceeding forty technicians, costumed actors, jugglers, and production specialists supported by the Fondazione Il Vittoriale degli Italiani.
Cinematic Scenes Across the Prioria and Monumental Park
The visual narrative traces key historic monuments across the nine-hectare monumental complex. Interior shots incorporate the Prioria, d’Annunzio’s preserved residence housing thirty-three thousand books and ten thousand works of art, before moving outward through the geometric terraces of the monumental Rose Garden.
A pivotal musical sequence was captured at the violin-shaped Laghetto delle Danze, the secluded pond designed by architect Giancarlo Maroni at the confluence of the Acqua Pazza and Acqua Savia streams. Originally conceived by d’Annunzio for intimate chamber music performances, the restored aquatic basin provides the backdrop where Antonacci encounters collaborator Sayf.

Filming culminated aboard the Regia Nave Puglia, the genuine naval warship whose armoured prow was transported by rail and permanently embedded into the hillside cliff of the Vittoriale between 1925 and 1938.
