Bonoris Theatre in Montichiari Names New President and Unveils 2026/2027 Season Plan

The Teatro Bonoris in Montichiari has appointed its new president: following Alberta Vanoli’s term, Mayor Marco Togni has named Dr. Antonio Galuppini to lead the historic 19th-century venue for the 2026–2029 term. The appointment follows the election of box-holders’ representatives by the theater’s assembly and the completion of the nomination process.

Galuppini, born in 1965, is a local accountant and tax and fiscal consultant for associations and foundations. The newly formed board has already drafted the programming for the 2026/2027 theater season. In his remarks, Galuppini thanked the box-holders, the mayor, and his predecessors, saying he aims to enhance existing projects and develop new ones in cooperation with the municipal administration. The board includes Mayor Togni and Councillor for Culture Martina Varone by statute, with additional appointments of Rosa Elena Albini and Severino Boschetti; box-holders elected Giancarlo Tedoldi, Emanuele Verzotti, and Roberto Pennati, while the auditors are Antonio Rodella and Francesco Badalotti and Adriana Mori will serve as treasurer, all for 2026–2029.
