Brescia Targets the Middle East: A Delegation Flies to Riyadh to strengthen the international positioning of the Brescia tourist destination. A delegation from Visit Brescia, led by President Eugenio Massetti and CEO Graziano Pennacchio, recently embarked on a trip to the Saudi capital. There, they had the opportunity to meet with local tour operators interested in promoting the province of Brescia, which has a potential market of approximately 16.8 million tourists from the Middle East and an estimated total spending of $46.82 billion. During the promotional event, which facilitated meetings between eight Brescia sellers and selected Saudi buyers, Carlo Baldocci, the Italian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, was also present. This initiative is part of a broader strategy aimed at attracting and retaining the Middle Eastern market, highlighting a growing interest in Italian destinations among travelers from the region. The mission aims not only to promote tourism but also to establish strategic business relationships for the development of the Brescia tourism sector. Italian Version
