Brescia Gears Up for 24th Bossoni Brescia Art Marathon as Registration Hits Capacity with Over 6,500 Participants

The 24th Bossoni Brescia Art Marathon will take place in Brescia on Sunday, March 8, featuring a sold-out marathon, half marathon, and BCC Brescia 10K, with a total of 6,565 registered participants across all events, surpassing last year’s record of 5,000 and aiming for 8,000. The event also includes the Sportland Easy Run 10K with 2,500 entries.

Participants include 790 marathoners (around 15% women), 2,115 half marathoners (26% women), and 1,160 in the BCC 10K (32% women). Over 100 runners come from Dublin’s Artane Beaumont Running Club, founded in 2024 with more than 210 members. Races start at 8:30 a.m. from Via X Giornate, finishing at Piazza della Loggia, with the marathon, half marathon, and BCC 10K starting simultaneously. Additional events include a Family Walking at 9:30 a.m. and a youth event at Campo Marte on March 7.
