Calcinato, 28-year-old arrested for cocaine dealing in the parking lot
A 28-year-old man, residing in Calcinato and without any prior criminal record, has been arrested by the State Police on charges of drug dealing cocaine. The arrest took place in recent days in a public parking lot, where the young man was caught by officers from the Anti-Crime Section of the Public Security Commissariat of Desenzano del Garda during a control operation. The officers noticed the 28-year-old behaving suspiciously inside his car, just before a second individual approached him for a likely drug transaction.
During a personal search and a search of the vehicle, eight doses of cocaine were found hidden under the seat and inside a cigarette pack, along with 275 euros in cash believed to be the proceeds of illegal activity. A subsequent home search led to the discovery of an additional 20 grams of cocaine and a precision scale. The 28-year-old was taken to the offices of the Commissariat and held in the police station’s security cells, awaiting a fast-track hearing. Furthermore, the Chief of Police of the Province of Brescia issued a Mandatory Leave Order against him, prohibiting him from entering the municipality for the next four years.
