Calcinato launches Non Solo Compiti, a new after-school program for primary students

The Municipality of Calcinato will present on Tuesday, 8 September at 8:30 pm in the municipal council hall the new after-school education service “Non solo compiti,” starting in September for primary school students at the “G. Ferraboschi” site in Calcinato and the “M. Agosti” site in Calcinatello.

The initiative is designed to provide children with structured time after school while supporting families with work-life balance. The programme includes recreational activities, themed workshops, and a dedicated space for homework, led by qualified educators. Students can stay until 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, or 5:30 pm in cases of documented working needs for both parents, with families able to choose attendance two, three, or five days per week.

The service also includes lunch and snacks prepared in line with current regulations, with the option of special diets for health reasons or ethical-religious needs. Enrolments are open until 9 October 2026, with details available on the Municipality of Calcinato’s website.
