Call for Regional Solidarity Contribution in Salò: requirements and participation methods

Call for the allocation of regional solidarity funds to support families: how to participate

The Municipality of Salò has approved the call for access to the Regional Solidarity Fund for the year 2023, aimed at families renting housing in the Municipality. This contribution is provided for in implementation of Article 25 of Regional Law No. 16/2016 and is based on Regional Council Resolution XII 298 of 15/03/2023.

Tenants assigned to SAP housing (formerly ERP) owned by the Municipality of Salò who are in a proven temporary economic difficulty can apply for the fund. It is important to emphasize that the accumulated arrears must not exceed €8,000.00.

To be eligible for the contribution, the following requirements must be met as of the date of publication of the notice:

– Being assigned to SAP housing (public housing services) in the Municipality of Salò for at least 24 months (starting from the date of the contract);
– Belonging to the areas of protection, access, and permanence in services as established by Article 31 of Regional Law 27/2009;
– Having a family ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) lower than €9,360.00;
– Not having arrears in expenses exceeding €8,000.00.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in the exclusion of the application.

Requests must be submitted no later than Monday, April 15, 2024, at 12:00 PM, in PDF format, using one of the following alternative methods:

1. Completing the form attached to the notice, downloadable from the institutional website of the Municipality of Salò (www.comune.salo.bs.it), and sending it (together with a photocopy of the applicant’s identification document and the necessary documentation) to the email address protocollo@comune.salo.bs.it if sent by regular mail; protocollo@pec.comune.salo.bs.it if sent by certified mail.

2. In case of unavailability of computer equipment, the completed application, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of the signatory’s identification document and the necessary documentation, can be submitted in paper form by direct delivery to the Protocol Office. The office is open on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM without the need for an appointment.

It is important to remember that the failure to submit the required documentation or its incomplete completion will result in exclusion from the selection process for the regional solidarity fund.
