Rete Cauto has recently signed an agreement on solidarity hours, an initiative aimed at promoting the workplace well-being of its employees, particularly in the province of Brescia. This tool allows workers to voluntarily donate vacation or rest hours to colleagues facing serious difficulties, such as caring for sick family members or managing personal health emergencies. The new agreement expands access to solidarity hours, thereby addressing the growing needs of the internal community and reinforcing Rete Cauto’s position as a model of an inclusive social enterprise.
The implementation of solidarity hours was initiated in 2020 during the pandemic crisis and has proven effective in providing financial support to those in need. With approximately 560 employees and a turnover exceeding 30 million euros, Rete Cauto continues to invest in corporate welfare to enhance workplace attractiveness and strengthen solidarity among cooperative members. The establishment of a Bilateral Body to manage requests for solidarity hours represents a further step towards a corporate culture focused on collaboration and mutual support.
