Cecina Launches Tender for Renovated Municipal Property Management

The Cecina municipal administration has launched a call for proposals to lease a recently renovated property at via Cecina 62 and via Caldera 1, designated for hospitality use. The building features four bedrooms, an entrance area, technical room, and courtyard, with a starting annual rent of €8,000. Interested parties must submit offers by February 19, with an initial discounted rent set at 50% to facilitate management.

Vice Mayor Vittoria Goi emphasized the initiative’s role in promoting local tourism and recovering municipal assets. The project aligns with ongoing efforts, including recent roof repairs and other developments such as a new bar at Sporting Center and upcoming concessions in Toscolano Maderno, aimed at revitalizing community facilities.
