Champagne Maison Louis Roederer will be the star of an exclusive event at La Casa degli Spiriti, located in Costermano sul Garda, on Friday, July 25, 2025. The evening will commence at 8:00 PM with a gourmet aperitif in the panoramic garden, followed by a dinner that promises to delight the palate with five courses paired with three prestigious champagnes. The opening cocktail, crafted by maître sommelier Lorenzo Chignola, will kick off a menu that features specialties such as Mediterranean Chawanmushi and wild turbot.
The dinner will conclude with a fruit Dripping, paired with Rhum Nation. This gastronomic event represents a unique opportunity to explore the extensive selection of La Casa degli Spiriti’s wine cellar, which boasts over 1,500 labels, including rare finds and historic verticals. The cost to participate is €200.00 per person, and reservations are mandatory as seating is limited.
