Chiaretto and Bardolino Consortium Honored with Award at Vinitaly

The Consortium for the Protection of Chiaretto and Bardolino will be honored with the “100 Years of Excellence” award at Vinitaly in Verona from April 12-15, 2026, recognizing a century of promoting local wine quality, indigenous varieties, and Italian wine dissemination. The award highlights the consortium’s role in elevating Bardolino and Chiaretto through promotional and developmental initiatives.

Bardolino Mayor Daniele Bertasi praised the recognition, emphasizing its significance for the community’s viticultural heritage and international presence. He noted that this milestone provides an opportunity to strengthen Bardolino’s position by focusing on territory, quality, and engaging new audiences.
