Following adverse weather conditions, the Municipality of Toscolano Maderno has issued an ordinance that mandates the closure of several mountain roads. This decision was made after multiple landslides occurred in the early hours of September 9, posing potential safety risks to users.
Roads Affected by the Closure
The roads that are no longer passable include:
- Road to Campei de Cima (from the junction “Vie che Spart”)
- Consortial Road “Montemaderno” (from the Malga Valle junction towards Sant’Urbano)
These closures apply to all vehicles, except those involved in the necessary work to restore traffic.
Duration of the Ordinance
The ordinance will remain in effect until the emergency related to the weather conditions is fully resolved. The Municipality has urged users to adhere to the restrictions and to exercise particular caution during this critical period.
