Gargnano: Closure of SP9 for roadworks on May 20. The Province of Brescia has announced that on Tuesday, May 20, the provincial road SP 9 “Gargnano-Valvestino-Magasa” will be closed in the section between km 10+500 and km 13+400, within the municipality of Gargnano. This closure affects a portion of the road that was damaged by landslides that occurred last September, and it is necessary to carry out maintenance work on the roadway, which was temporarily restored in previous months.
The final restoration work is scheduled for the autumn, while during the summer, a one-way traffic system regulated by traffic lights will be in place. The SP9 will be reopened at 8:00 AM the following day, Wednesday, May 21.
