During a crackdown on the trafficking of cocaine in Desenzano del Garda, officers from the local police station reported a foreign woman with a criminal record. The operation took place in the city center, where the police found five sealed packages containing over 16 grams of narcotic substances hidden in the suspect’s jacket sleeve. The officers, who had been monitoring the woman for some time due to her connections to illegal activities, decided to conduct a thorough investigation.
Subsequently, the search was extended to the woman’s residence, where 2,000 euros in cash and a precision scale were discovered—tools considered essential for the trafficking operation. The report was filed while she was at liberty, and investigations are ongoing to further clarify the suspect’s involvement in drug-related offenses.
